Came here in 2024 and got the best tree I've ever seen. 2025 I was excited to come back and when I did, the trees were nowhere near as good as the previous year. Even worse, the guy who tied it to my car screwed up bad enough that it fell off within 5 minutes, had to pull over and jam it into the trunk. Not to mention the actual process of buying a tree from this place is clearly inspired by the DMV. Get your tree from pretty much anywhere but Split Rail, don't waste your time and money.

This place has trees to cut on specified lots. It is is not you-cut location. You pick they cut. Due to that line to have your tree cut was very long. You pick your tree, take bottom part of price tag with you, pay, stand on line to have it cut by staff. Line was at least and hour long today. Trees were marked with price tags 100-200.

Don't go here, left disappointed. They only take cash, check or Venmo. Signs around the parking lot list tree prices from $20-$65. When we eventually looked around, most trees weren't tagged with a price. The ones that did have listed prices form ranges $80-$100 (even for trees less then 5 feet). We asked an employee if the untagged trees were for sale, and we were told any unmarked tree is $100! Only reason for the extra star is the place was kinda pretty.

This was my first year ever picking and buying a real Christmas tree. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful . I brought my dog and mother along with me and it was super friendly. The prices are a great deal especially with how high quality the trees are. The trees on the farm are extremely gorgeous. The tree cutter was so helpful and he helped me tie it to my car as-well. Best experience in my life! I will 100% to be coming back next year! I recommend this farm to everyone especially if you’re looking to have a fun day with your family!

This will be our 7th year going. Love this tree farm. We used to be the only ones there, oh well, word got out. Molly the St. Bernard and Piper back in 2015, 2016
